1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at care@solesavants.in within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos or videos of the issue.

If verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or store credit, as deemed suitable.

2. No Returns for Quality-Related Concerns

At Sole Savants, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that match the descriptions and images provided on our website. Please note that all products sold are sourced and resold by us through independent channels.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Sole Savants are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances—including order cancellations, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product (see Point 1), store credit or a replacement will be issued at our discretion—not a monetary refund.

4. Final Sale on Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are considered final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

5. Returns Due to Late Delivery

In case your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window and not caused by force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen shipping restrictions), you may be eligible for a return. Please reach out to us for further review.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved:

  • Sole Savants will cover return shipping and reshipping charges.
