SHIPPING POLICY

Sole Savants (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website solesavants.in. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following shipping terms. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity between both parties and establish expectations for a smooth order and delivery experience.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We strive to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible across all sneaker and apparel listings on our website. However, in rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will ship the available items from your order and promptly reach out to you regarding your options. These may include waiting for a restock, selecting a different size (if available), choosing an alternative product of equal or higher value, or receiving store credit for the invoiced amount.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All orders placed with Sole Savants are shipped from our registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, India, and for domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 5 working days of placing your order.

  • While we aim to deliver international orders in a similar time frame, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to varying customs and courier processes.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/ WhatsApp message with your tracking number, which can be used on the respective courier’s website to track your shipment.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Sole Savants cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our warehouse also operates on weekdays only. Please note that unforeseen situations like public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions) may lead to unavoidable shipping delays. We will do our best to minimize disruptions during such events.

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, a second delivery will be made. Should the delivery fail again, the order will be returned to Sole Savants, and any further shipping will incur additional charges. Please reach out to us at care@solesavants.com in such cases so we can assist with re-shipping.

Once an order is dispatched, Sole Savants is not liable for delays caused by the courier company. However, we will make every effort to coordinate with the courier service to resolve any issues promptly.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately at care@solesavants.in. Our customer support team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or taxes vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges, if applied by your country’s customs authority, are the responsibility of the buyer. Any additional charges levied by the courier at the time of delivery will also be borne by the customer.
